Patricia Joseph is a litigator at Glaholt Bowles LLP with experience representing both owners and contractors in a range of litigation matters involving construction liens, surety bonds, and contract disputes in addition to providing general client advice on construction contract drafting.
Patricia also regularly accepts mandates from LawPro where she represents the insurer in construction related claims.
As one of the first lawyers in Ontario to utilize adjudication under the new Construction Act, Patricia writes frequently on the topic with a focus on timely, cost-efficient resolutions for her clients.
Patricia earned her J.D. at Osgoode Hall Law School where she was a Harley D. Hallett scholar.
Beyond her practice, Patricia remains active within her community as the current President of the Board of Directors for the Scarborough Centre for Healthy Communities, one of the leading comprehensive community health clinics in Ontario.
