Bio
Annarose Labayan is a litigation law clerk and is involved in all aspects of the construction litigation process, including conducting corporate and property searches, preserving and perfecting liens, drafting pleadings and motion records, managing document production and preparing matters for hearings and trials.
Annarose obtained her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology from Toronto Metropolitan University. She further honed her legal knowledge by completing the Paralegal Program at Seneca Polytechnic and continues to develop her skills and credentials through continuing education.
Prior to joining Glaholt Bowles LLP and transitioning to construction law, Annarose gained valuable experience as a litigation legal assistant at a boutique personal injury law firm in Toronto.
